Management Team
An MBA in Risk & Insurance Management, Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing and a B. Com from Gujarat University, Mr. Sudeep Banker has been in the financial services space since the year 1994 with some very well known organisations. Among the many roles played with insurers like Kotak Life Insurance, MetLife India Insurance, Birla Sun Life Insurance and most recently with Reliance, Mr. Banker has had a very successful stint in the Training function. He has also been closely associated with the Insurance Agency as well as Distribution business and his last assignment was as with a senior position with Reliance Group. Mr. Sudeep Banker's width of exposure across verticals and functions within this industry has helped him add immense value to the activities at Mentors. Students of all courses as well as corporates are sure to benefit from the same.
An MBA Finance from SLIMS and BBA from Som Lalit ICFAI, Ms. Parikh has been in the financial services industry for nearly 3 years. She has worked with one of the most reputed corporates like Reliance Group and has hands on experience in various functions like Sales, Marketing, Training and Business Development. Ms. Parikh is determined to ensure that students benefit from the vast opportunities that such high growth sectors will continue to offer.
Mr. Atul Mehta has over 35 years of experience in Banking Functions with Bank of Baroda.His key abilities are Training, Soft Skills, Grooming and Personality Development. Specialized in Banking Trainings and Financial Trainings, Mr. Mehta is associated with leading Universities in Gujarat and also with leading Corporates for imparting Trainings on various subjects.
Dr. Bharat Tiwari, MPT is a renowned trainer and conducts trainings for DHA, HAAD, MOH and NCLEX for Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Dentists and Pharmacists for candidates seeking jobs in Dubai, UAE and USA.
Ms. Komal is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University and has 5 years of experience. from various corporates. She is specialized in Nursing and Paramedical Courses and handles paldi branch.
Ms. Priyanka graduated from Gujarat University and has exposure of Nursing, Banking and Overseas Business. She is handling branch business and also takes care of new business development.
Ms. Pooja has done Masters from Gujarat University. She has rich experience of two years in Academic Stream. She heads Bapunagar branch and is handling Banking, Nursing & Paramedics, GPSC and MBBS Admissions projects.
Ms. Vidhi is B.E. EC from Gujarat Tech University. She has four years of experience and is working with us for our Overseas Division as a Counselor. She specialises in USA and Canada Student Visa Process.
Ms. Urvi handles DHA and Paramedical courses. Ms. Urmi handles Overseas Front Desk and Nursing Courses.
Mr. Chirag is working with us since more then 3 years and is handling banking coordination and new business development. He is also conducting lectures on Computer studies for Paramedical Coaching.
Ms. Jigisha is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University and has 2 years of experience from various corporates. She is specialized in Nursing and Paramedical Courses and handles paldi branch.

Dr. Bhavna Gadhvi is a renowned personality and working as a Principal with Ahmedabad Institute of Medical Sciences. She is on our Advisory Board and imparts continuous knowledge to our academy with her valuable suggestions for Trainings for Medicals and Paramedical Students.
Mr. Kiran Rindani, a professional Trainer for Aptitude, GRE and GMAT is associated with Mentors as an advisor and key trainer for banking students. With his vast experience of over more then two decades students of banking are trained for getting exams cleared for aptitude.
Ms. Rajni Agrawal, Post Graduate in Managment Studies, is one of the Mentors in our team and imparts trainings for Internations Exams and provides language coaching to our banking and nursing students. She is associated with us as a trainer as well as on our Advisory Boards for Foriegn Langauage Specialist.
Dr. Anuradha Jhamp is working as a Physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi and is on our Advisory Board. With her immense contacts in medical industry and various hospitals, she advises us on the placements for our candidates seeking jobs in Dubai and UAE.
Dr. M. B. Shah is by profession M.D. Gynaec and has worked for more then 3 decades with Shardaben Hospital as a Dean. She also has hands on experience in coaching and since 10 years she is working with Kesar SAL Medical College as Dean. She advises us on Medical Education.
Ms. Jahavi Kasundra is M.Sc.Micro and is associated with us as Mentor for DMLT and various Paramedical Courses. She is having experience of more then two years in coaching and training. She is also associated with various Academic Institutions.
